I am a bit mystified about what you are trying to explain. If you<BR>
disconnect your DSL how are you gaining remote access? Is this via Dialup?<BR>
<BR>
The DSL filters should be on all phone ports except the one your DSL modem<BR>
is connected to. If you use a phone on that same port, you will need a<BR>
splitter as well as a filter on the phone port of the splitter. I believe<BR>
Fax machines will also need a filter.<BR>
