The University District is the area north of the Ship Canal, west of the Burke-Gilman Trail (west of 25th Avenue NE), east of I-5, and south of Ravenna Boulevard (or Ravenna Park--the neighborhoods merge here). Neighborhoods in the University District include the eponymous U-District, UniversityPark, University Heights, south Roosevelt, Cowen Park, and the neighborhoods immediately north and northeast of the original grand entrance to the University of Washington, or UW, campus.
WhereToGetOn lists several active nodes in the area. It'll be a while before they can get linked to each other, though, due to the large number of high buildings and relatively low altitudes of our node locations.
