Ubiquiti Air OS v3.2.3-rc - "XS5"
(upgrade v3.x or higher firmware on: NanoStation5, NanoStation5Loco, PowerStation5, LiteStation5, Bullet5, WispStation5)
It is a linux based distribution, with ubiquiti's web interface and tweaked madwifi hal.
For most simple connections, it should be sufficient, and there is a toolchain available on their support page if you want to do something tricky.
