Part97OverPart15 is the concept of transmitting amateur communications over unregulated part 15 networks. This is very similar to amateur communications being tunneled over the internet.
Provisions are made to forbid part 15 traffic from entering the part 97 networks to meet amateur radio regulations and code of conduct.
