Notes: This node is somewhat strange (it always has been really 
). The first floor provides dhcp and access to the Internet (the bus stop should still work) through Sarah Richey. The top floor (according to RichardLotz) has a new tenant who wants to put up a node and has management approval.
I can see the SouthEast corner of the roof from NodeOne. I'm sure that we could get an upstream link set up pretty easily--MattWestervelt
