Certain Areas are a Must Have when it comes to WirelessCoverage. BroadWay is one. PikePine is another. These areas need to be covered to make the project feasible. Although SeattleWireless can exist with just residential coverage, you need to be able to sit down with your laptop to truly enjoy the service. Places such as malls, CoffeeHouse, parks, and some parking areas are natural places to use WiFi without sticking out like a sore thumb.
It is desirable to NOT look like you are warchalking or hacking into someplace. Also, many public areas have anti-loitering laws AND legal hours of usage, so using WiFi in such areas might not be appreciated by the non-wifi public.
