KisMac is an OSX program that works much like Kimset and netstumbler, but also has integrated maps, GPS support, etc.
KisMac can save pcap files for later inspection in ethereal.
Kismac also has some very nice injection functions.
For best results, use kismac with a prism2_usb dongle vs. the built-in extreme cards.
