InternetAccess isn't really the point of this network. There should be some thought put into providing it, but that is not really the reason for it to exist.
Lets think of some examples of how Internet access could be set up.
Example 1: Bob and Alice have nodes on the network. Bob doesn't use the internet much, but enjoys using the CommunityNetwork features. He does however want to correspond with Internet users through UseNet or Email. He contacts Alice. Alice has a GNU/Linux machine with shell access. Alice's machine has a 28.8 modem that connects via UUCP to an InternetServiceProvider every hour. Alice pays very little for this connection, and passes along the cost to her users. Bob pays Alice a nominal fee.
Example 2: John and Sally have nodes on the network. John has a small business that has a T1 connection to the Internet. John's T1 is primarily utilized during weekdays by his employees. Sally has Internet access at work during the day and wants access at night and on the weekends. John uses the AdminNodeSoftware to allow Sally and others high speed access to the Internet for a nominal fee.
