Greenwood is a one-square-mile neighborhood at the northeast corner of the BallardZone. Greenwood is bordered on the north by Holman Road, on the south by the Phinney Ridge neighboorhood, to the east by Aurora Avenue North and to the west by 8th Ave NW.
