This is a flash memory from Intel. Intel StrataFlash(R). It is a 64Mbit (8Mb).

There are other variants of this memory (28F256J3, 28F128J3, 28F640J3, 28F320J3), these are of different sizes, from 4Mb to 32Mb.
I don't fully recall (nor can find the specs), but I think that this is the same flash chip that is inside of the Agenda VR3.
