Definition:
BxNode (B Node) is a router with three wireless interfaces. Two interfaces are connected via directional antennas to other BxNode or routers. The third interface is connected to a high gain omnidirectional that services the CxNode cloud. In addition to intelligent routing through the BxNode cloud, the BxNode must provide DHCP services to its CxNode clients.
Addressing:
BxNode will get 1 class B (/16) under the 10.net. Class C (/24) Address space will be allocated to each CxNode
Address that should be handed out would be a /16. You cannot properly call it a Class B or C. A /24 is equivalent to a Class C address space and a /16 is equivalent to a class B but is not. Scott Gillins 10/21/2001
We are BuildingDxNodes, BuildingCxNodes and BuildingBxNodes Is it possible to have a diagram that shows how these nodes(Dx, Cx, Bx and Ax) link up?
