Telling everyone to sidestep the law and run 100 Watts AP's is stupid and just plain irresponsible. The only reason that the ISM band equipment will stay unlicenced, is if everyone obeys the rules and stays under the ERIP maximums. Everyone wants free unlicenced wireless internet access, but as a pro installer, I can tell you thatcompanies running WLANS will have companies like us find overpowering offenders, and we will file a complaint, any the offender will be fined and shutdown; we've done it 17 times in the past 8 months. I run a free internet access node at home; it's great to do so, but be responsible here, people. -T-
