I'd say that this zone should be bounded from the north, east and west by SR-202 and East Lake Sammamish Parkway, and the Issaquah-Fall City Road on the south. This should be a large enough area to justify the /16 net. Any comments?
I'm not sure about this. The topography of the area is such that the folks down at the SR202 meets Issq-Fall City Rd corner probably have better line-of-sight up towards Fall City or North Bend and might be better off in the NorthBendZone .
